What Would You Like to Know?
Now Available for Lectures, Workshops, Classes, and Tours
After nine years of studying, living, teaching, promoting, and advocating followed by three years of writing and activism, the Agrarian Urbanite is available for garden consultations, presentations, classes, and workshops. I specialize in most topics found on this website, including but not limited to, design, dirt/soil, compost, edible landscapes, and native landscapes. Our one acre rurban (rural + urban) homestead, located fifteen minutes south of downtown Knoxville, is available for educational group tours and lectures (by appointment only). Our place isn't fancy, but you WILL experience Nature. You will learn practical gardening knowledge and take home ideas to inspire you at your home or place of business. Agrarian Urbanites
Agrarian Urbanites practice urban farming; growing edibles instead of ornamental plants in or near urban centers. Agrarian Urbanites are urban farmers who want to bring the farm closer to town.Occupy Gardens Knoxville
